Felix Ørn-Kristoff is coming home

The 20-year-old Norwegian joins Uno-X Mobility from Lotto-Intermarché ahead of the 2027 season, following an agreement between the two teams. He has signed a two-year contract through 2028.
One of Norway’s leading young talents is coming home. Felix Ørn-Kristoff has already won the junior European road title, stood on the junior World Championship podium and won the Tour de Bretagne overall in his first U23 season. From next season, he will continue his development in red and yellow.
“Uno-X is a team I have wanted to be part of for quite a while, so when the opportunity came, I had to take it,” says Ørn-Kristoff.
“Everyone I have spoken to describes Uno-X as an incredibly good team for performance, development and team spirit. The fact that it is a Scandinavian team is, of course, a big plus, almost as big as having Faxe Kondi as a sponsor,” he says with a smile.

Built for hard racing
Born in Stavanger, Ørn-Kristoff made his first major international breakthrough with bronze in the junior road race at the 2023 World Championships in Glasgow.
The following year, he became junior European champion in Limburg, beating Héctor Álvarez and Paul Seixas in the sprint. He also won the Norwegian junior time trial title, highlighting the versatility that has become an important part of his profile.
After racing for Stavanger SK and Belgian junior team AVIA-Rudyco, he joined Wanty-Nippo-ReUz for his first U23 season in 2025.
His biggest result came at the Tour de Bretagne. He won the fourth stage, claiming his first senior UCI victory, before defending the leader’s jersey over the following three days to secure both the overall victory and the young rider classification.
The performance demonstrated the qualities that make him an exciting prospect: a strong engine, the ability to handle demanding races and a fast finish when the field has been reduced.
His strength has also been evident on the track. In 2025, he won the Norwegian elite title in the 4,000-metre individual pursuit.
An exciting prospect for the Classics
Ørn-Kristoff stepped up to WorldTour level with Lotto-Intermarché in 2026, gaining experience in races including the UAE Tour, Itzulia Basque Country, the Tour de Suisse and the Renewi Tour.
General Manager Thor Hushovd believes the young Norwegian has the qualities to develop into an important part of Uno-X Mobility’s Classics group.
“Felix has a strong engine, a fast finish and the ability to stay in the race when it gets hard. That is a very interesting combination for the Classics and demanding one-day races,” says Hushovd.
“What he did at the Tour de Bretagne as a first-year U23 rider tells you a lot about him. He won a hard stage, took responsibility and defended the overall lead for several days. He has already shown that he can handle more than just the final sprint.”
Hushovd had already seen those qualities first-hand before Ørn-Kristoff stepped up to the U23 ranks.
“I was standing ten metres from the finish line when Felix became European champion, and I remember thinking straight away that he had something special. Of course, it was a little frustrating knowing that he had already signed with another team,” says Hushovd.
“There is some of that Kristoff toughness in Felix too, and hopefully we can help bring more of it out. But he is still only 20. We need to give him time, build him up step by step and help him develop into his own rider.”
Ørn-Kristoff also has a familiar connection to the team. He is the younger half-brother of Alexander Kristoff, who spent the final three seasons of his career with Uno-X Mobility before retiring in 2025.
“Felix has grown up around the sport and knows what it takes to compete at this level. He seems genuinely excited about joining this group, and we are looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together,” Hushovd adds.
Ready for red and yellow
For Ørn-Kristoff, joining Uno-X Mobility means continuing his WorldTour career in a Scandinavian environment he already feels connected to.
“I really can’t wait to train and race in the Uno-X colours,” he says.
