JOIN OUR TEAM: Full-Time Coaching Roles Now Open

We’re hiring two coaches — one dedicated to the women’s squad and one to the men’s — both working as part of the same Uno-X Mobility performance setup. This is a unique opportunity to take on a central, hands-on role in an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation at the highest level of professional cycling.

We’re looking for coaches with a strong commitment to athlete development, a solid grounding in exercise physiology, and relevant high-performance experience. While a background in professional cycling is preferred, a proven track record of developing multiple athletes to podiums and victories in other sports may compensate for that.

• Location: Europe-based with international travel

• Start Date: Ideally October 2025 (no later than November)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the physiological and performance development of athletes in close cooperation with them and the wider performance team.
• Lead the planning and execution of training camps, ensuring optimal preparation for key races.
• Translate scientific knowledge into tailored programmes for elite cycling performance.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in professional cycling or a strong track record of developing elite athletes in other sports.
• Background or strong affinity in exercise physiology and applied sports science.
• Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across departments to align athlete development strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to camps and races, building strong, consistent relationships with athletes and staff.
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in a Nordic language and Nordic residence are preferred, but not required.
