Škoda continues as official team car partner for Uno-X Mobility Cycling
The renewed agreement puts electric mobility at the core of the collaboration, with the Škoda Enyaq leading the way.
Uno-X Mobility Cycling is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with Škoda, now with a sharpened focus on the electric future. As part of the renewed agreement, Škoda remains the official team car supplier for Uno-X’s sports directors – with the fully electric Škoda Enyaq at the heart of the collaboration.
The renewed agreement builds on years of strong collaboration and gives Uno-X Mobility Cycling continued access to Škoda vehicles – with the Škoda Enyaq as the clear flagship in the team’s push for electric mobility.
“We’ve worked closely with Škoda for many years. Now we’re continuing that journey with a shared commitment to electric mobility and smarter team logistics,” says Anders Eia Linnestad, Head of Administration and Operations at Uno-X Mobility Cycling.
The new Škoda Enyaq — wrapped in full Team 7-Eleven style for Liège–Bastogne–Liège.
Uno-X currently operates three fully electric Škoda Enyaq vehicles as sports director cars during major races. In addition, nine Škoda Octavia plug-in hybrids remain in the team fleet. The latest Enyaq – scheduled for delivery this month – further strengthens the team’s electric lineup.
“We are proud to continue the partnership with Uno-X Mobility Cycling - a team that shares our ambition to lead the way in sustainable mobility. Seeing the Škoda Enyaq perform at the highest level of professional cycling is a powerful testament to what electric vehicles can achieve,” says Martine Behrens, Director of Škoda Norway at Harald A. Møller AS.
The partnership builds on the milestone achieved in 2024, when Uno-X Mobility Cycling was among the first teams in Tour de France history to complete the race using only electric sports director cars. That journey continues in 2025, with the Škoda Enyaq once again playing a key role behind the peloton.
“Our aim is to demonstrate that high-level racing and fully electric vehicles can go hand in hand. We’ve seen that the Enyaq performs exceptionally well – even in demanding race conditions with long distances, heavy equipment, and complex logistics,” says Linnestad.
In Norway, the collaboration is also supported by Uno-X Mobility, which contributes to the activation of the sponsorship. As a leading developer of high-speed charging infrastructure, the company sees natural synergies between its core business and the electric evolution of the cycling team.
“Škoda has been a key part of the Tour de France for 20 years, and a natural partner for our team. With this agreement, we’re not only continuing a strong relationship – we’re strengthening it by aligning even more clearly around electric mobility,” says Linnestad.
“We are deeply inspired by Uno-X Mobility Cycling’s bold commitment to going electric at the very top of professional cycling. It’s a powerful statement about what’s possible - and we’re proud to stand with them on this journey towards a more sustainable future,” says Martine Behrens, Director of Škoda Norway at Harald A. Møller AS.
